Eight very different buildings inhabit and share the 10,000 square metre
plot with palm, oleander and plane trees in addition to many different
plants that flower in all seasons.
Located in Koukounaries the hotel itself was created in 1979. In 2006, its new owners decided to
embark on the creation of a luxurious destination, the likes of which
had never existed up until then, on Skiathos Island. The hotel’s
reconstruction began in 2007 and took a record breaking six months to
complete, a feat for such an immense project.
Architect Mimis Tsitsos oversaw the aesthetics of the project: the simple,
luxurious style characterised by neutral colours with striking finishing
details featuring in every room. Tiled roofs, glass features and black and
white marble lend a feeling of luxury and above all, comfort.
